Mother and Son fitness night is tomorrow, Wednesday January 22 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the gym. This a free event for any boy in grade's kindergarten through sixth and their mother or female guardian. We hope to see you there!
If you have a Burr Oak student that would like to attend the iBelong Summit on suicide prevention and have not turned in a permission slip, Mrs. Owens will have permission slips on hand at 7:45 a.m. in the school parking lot. We would love to take a large group to this amazing event! This is only for grades 6-12.
The menu included in Oak Openings mistakenly has an early release day for Friday, January 17. The early release day is actually Monday, January 20. Students will be released at 11:30 am that day. We apologize for the confusion.

Elementary Christmas Concert tomorrow, Thursday, December 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the High School Gymnasium. Please have your child report to their classroom by 6:45. After the concert, you will need to pick up your child from their classroom. Happy Holidays!

Today our GSRP through 8th grade participated in buddy reading. Such a fun way to learn.
Santa's workshop will be open tomorrow for students. Your student can bring money to shop for family gifts.
We have very large collection in the lost and found. Please come look through our elementary and middle/high school lost and found and see if your student may have misplaced something at school.
After Christmas break we will be donating what isn't picked up.
Registration for IBELONG is happening now.
Tomorrow, November 27th from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., we will host our annual community Thanksgiving feast in the little gym. All are welcome. There is a minimum of a $3.00 donation per person. We hope to see you there!
Congratulations to the 2019 Burr Oak Varsity Football Team for winning Division B in the SCAA in 8 Man Football. This was the first league title for the Bobcats since 1974!
