We are committed to continually trying to improve based on teacher feedback. We are a non-union district who follows a hybrid model between traditional contracts/salary schedules and business model stipends. Yearly goals for our certified staff are created based on stakeholder feedback, which includes students, teachers, parents, and board members. This year, certified staff received a healthy stipend and their step! In 2023, we also improved our paraprofessional pay. Paraprofessionals make between $15/hr. (no associates degree) and $17 (associates degree or five years of service).
